Saturday Dinner - Dance Seminarian Fundraiser

Thank You Dear Gil and Connie,

I want to personally and publicly thank you for the dinner dance you put together on Saturday, August 20th. Your commitment as a couple was beyond any dreams: from choosing a date, having tickets printed, being the sales director, being present after masses to choosing Narong’s wonderful crew to deal with the kitchen and to give us a most tasty meal. I am really grateful.

Our Grill Hall sound system was not ready yet for this event. Luis Rivas and Jaime responded and were present to take care of the music and sound. Of course we want to acknowledge Eleuterio as MC and animator of the evening. Only two weeks left for him to be a layman.

 

 

I want also to congratulate the parishioners who participated at the event. The attendance was great. For me and for my Eudist brothers, we were overwhelmed by the joyful spirit of this event. The whole parish is so spoiled to have all you, to pray, eat, dance and have a good time together for this “journey to priesthood”.

The counting is not final yet, but close to $7,000 is to be deposited in the Seminarians fund.

May Jesus and Mary receive each one of you in their divine hearts.
